Schools

The Department for education has demanding requirements of their projects. The engineers at BIM Sync have detailed knowledge of DFE's coordination and COBie requirements. This knowledge has been gained via working on 30 plus school projects over the past 15 years.

ISO 19650

The engineers at BIM Sync have successfully lead clients during examination by the BSI for BS ISO 19650 standards, assisting consultancies being among the first to be awarded this accreditation. BS ISO 19650 superseded the previous standard BS 1192. BSI audits are carried out annually ensuring quality standards and processes are to BSI’s satisfaction.

Ministry of Justice

The MOJ has some of the strictest security information requirements in the UK as well as the most exhaustive list of COBie parameters. The engineers at BIM Sync have been involved with a number of MOJ projects. you can rely on our wealth of experience and the expertise of our engineering team to navigate the complexities of compliance.

Hospitals

FM requirements of hospitals are paramount to the continual operation of its facilities. That is why their COBie requirements are formidable. Many a time, projects at hospitals are either refurbishment or additional new build to an existing hospital. spatial requirements are key, 3D modelling and collaboration must be on point to ensure a successful project. Start Right Revit
